We want you to be happy! Please feel free to return your unaltered order within 30 days of the original ship date if you are unhappy with your purchase.
On orders under 5 yards and under, we will charge a 50% restocking fee. On orders over 5 yards, there will be no restocking fee. All S&H charges associated with the initial purchase and return is the buyer’s responsibility.
We encourage all customers to purchase a swatch before ordering yardage.
If the return is a result of an error on our part, we will pay for the original and return shipping costs. The item returned must be in its original condition, with a copy of your receipt, in order for us to accept and process your return.
To return an item, follow the instructions listed below.
- All returns must reach our warehouse within 30 days of the original ship date.
- All fabric must be returned in its original condition.
- Unless due to our error, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend that you record your shipping number so the package can be tracked during transit. We are not responsible for returned products that we do not receive.
- Original shipping will be deducted from your refund if an order that received free original shipping is returned.
- Please include a copy of the receipt that you printed when you finalized your order. If you are returning one item from a multiple-item order, you may mail us a copy and retain the original for your records. It makes it much easier to serve you more efficiently with paperwork included!
- Mail us the package, and when we receive and process the return, we will credit your card with the original purchase price – minus the shipping charges and any associated restocking fees.
- *We do not offer returns for Special Orders, Tassels and Trim and Sale Merchandise. These items are final sale. If you are unsure about the color or texture of a name-brand fabric not listed on our website, contact us and we will work with you.
