We are selling brand new, one-of-a-kind, IVORY & KHAKI TEXTURED CHECK UPHOLSTERY  FABRIC that is very beautiful and would accent any sewing/home decorating project beautifully. We are selling it for $10/yd, which is a fabulous price for this fabric!!

This fabric is great to use for upholstery or any multi-purpose need!! IT IS A COTTON BLEND. It is 54" wide with a vertical repeat every 4 3/4" and a horizontal repeat every 4 1/2". The pattern has the following colors: IVORY & KHAKI. IT IS HEAVY WEIGHT.

This fabric is FIRST QUALITY and is 100% SMOKE-FREE.
